Employing an ecological and ethical approach to farming, the Lotem Winery in Israel’s Upper Galilee region is one of the country’s only wineries that blend spiritual and energetic content with advanced scientific processes to both growing the fruit and to the post-harvest processing. For the Lotem Winery we created a minimal and fresh style that represents its contemporary methodology and the age-old processes of wine making. This is most evident in the classic technique of stamped seals, used for centuries to validate originality, which we deployed together with images of the moon, the sun and the zodiac signs that are so often associated with biodiversity.
